Procedural Chunks Showing Seams

Hello, I am in need of some guidance to removing the seams between my procedurally generated chunks (as seen in the images). I've done some research and am aware that because this mesh does not share the neighboring chunks vertices, it cannot calculate the correct normal. However, I don't even know where to begin..
